Leadership
The Leadership track is designed for business and IT leaders who want to better understand the business value of innovative methods including their impact on organizations. Speakers include C-level executives and thought leaders who have implemented these methods and speak from experience.
Practitioner
The Practitioner track is for people actively using Agile and Lean methods that want to further sharpen their skills. Speakers include leading experts on agile coaching, product planning and team performance.
Technical
The Technical track is for IT leaders, architects and developers who want to learn innovative techniques for more reliably delivering value to their organization. Speakers include experts on introducing technology into organizations, optimizing performance and data management.
Novice
The Novice track is for people at all levels who are new to Agile and Lean methods and want to better understand these new principles and practices. Speakers include experts on transitioning from Waterfall, product planning and testing.
